Overview:

Puppies are ready to go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age.  It is best for the puppies well-being and social skills to remain with their litter mates until they are 8 weeks old.  Puppies may stay for additional time but are subject to additional charge.

We offer a limited 12-Month Guarantee for heart & eyes**

We require a Non refundable deposit of $1000 to reserve a puppy. Payments may be made via PayPal, Venmo, Money Order or of course cash!

Puppy price is listed under each available puppy.  Remaining balance is due when puppies turn 6 weeks old at your appointment to pick out your puppy (not take home day).  We accept PayPal, Venmo, Personal Check, Money Order, or cash at this appointment. 

If purchasing your puppy after 6 weeks of age $1000 deposit will still be due as stated above to reserve a puppy and final payment will be due when you come to meet your puppy.  If you are not able to meet your puppy (if deposit was placed after 6 weeks of age) until take home day then cash payment will be due on pickup day in order to take your puppy home. 

Please understand that these puppies are our babies. We planned for them, whelped them and nurtured them to be able to become a loving family member of yours. It takes just as much trust if not more (we believe much more!) for us to send them off to their new homes.

 

Breeder & Buyer Agree:

Breeder guarantees that puppy has had proper care to date and has first set of shots and age appropriate deworming and will furnish proof in puppies records for take home.

If puppy is being shipped, a copy of the shots & deworming records will be shipped with puppy to the buyer. 

If within 1 week of receiving the puppy and he/she is examined by a reputable veterinarian and the health of the puppy is found to be at serious risk due to congenital defect (existing at birth), owner shall notify breeder and provide a written statement from a licensed vet describing said puppies condition and shall return the puppy and papers to the breeder within one week of the examination. Breeder will replace the puppy or refund the full purchase price of the puppy provided the puppy is in the same condition mentally and physically as when originally purchased. 

This does not include worms, fleas, mites, coccidiosis, giardia, or any other parasites, as they are common in dogs and puppies.

Breeder assumes no responsibility for veterinarian or shipping fees or costs.  Nor is the breeder responsible if puppy contracts a communicable disease after leaving breeders possession. 

**12-Month Heart and Eye Guarantee:

Breeder offers a 12-Month guarantee on any puppy found to have a severe heart murmur (grade 5/6 or 6/6).  The following applies to this guarantee: The puppy must have a canine cardiologist perform an echogram to confirm the diagnosis.  Breeder is not responsible for any veterinarian or specialist costs.  Breeder offers a 12-Month guarantee on any puppy found to have congenital eye disease as diagnosed by a board certified veterinary ophthalmologist. 

Refund Policy:

Upon receipt of a letter to breeder from a rebuttable veterinarian stating that in his/her opinion this condition is congenital (present at birth), puppy will be replaced by a puppy of equal value at breeders convenience or we will refund up to 50% of the puppy purchase price-buyers choice. 

We reserve the right to have a second opinion from our veterinarian. We also reserve the right to have DNA done to determine the dog or puppy is from our lineages.

Breeder does not guarantee color, size, championship, or temperament of any puppy.

Breeder reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel this contract.  If breeder cancels this contract then breeder shall refund buyers purchase price within 1 week of cancellation.

Breeder makes no guarantees regarding the loss of the puppy due to accidental death, theft, sickness due to lack of vaccinations, etc., or any other loss beyond the breeders control except as stated above.

Breeder has the right to, at any time, decide to stop breeding Goldendoodles, Labradoodles, or Double doodles.  In this case no replacement puppies shall be given and this contract is null and void. Breeder will not refund money in whole or part for any reason other than stated above.  

Limitations of Guarantee

The following will void all guarantees:

1. Allowing your dog to become obese or underfed at anytime

Underfed: Ribs are visible

Ideal body condition: Can feel and see outline of ribs

Overfed: Dog has no waist when viewed from above.  Belly is rounded when viewed from the side

2. Evidence of abuse or neglect.

3. Previous related trauma (broken bones, related injuries, etc.)

4. Dog has been bred

5. Evidence of strenuous exercise-for example: No treadmill, no jogging, no extensive standing on back of legs or excessive retrieving or playing on slippery floors.

We are not responsible for accidents, negligence or poisonings.

This guarantee is non-transferable.

Puppy must be owned by the original buyer named on the bottom of this printed contract signed by bother Seller & Buyer and date of transfer/purchase of puppy.

Buyer Agrees: 

To have puppy examined within 1 week of purchase by licensed veterinarian to validate this guarantee.  If the puppy is returned returned due to illness as stated in above health guarantee, a verified letter from the veterinarian is required.

The puppy is not being purchased for resale and will never be sold to a pet shop, puppy mill or agent of the same.

To provide all annual exams and to continue all required vaccine shots as recommended by buyers licensed veterinarian It is important the puppy has all puppy shots, and their yearly boosters.  Failure to comply and provide documentation of these requirements voids all guarantees.

To provide proper care & adequate housing.  Buyer is to have a fenced yard or kennel if the dog will be housed outside. Doodles should be housed inside ideally.

The buyer will groom, train, and care for this puppy in a manner consistent with high quality pet ownership.  Obedience classes are recommended before the pup is 1 years old.

Buyer is to spay or neuter their dog within one year of age, or in the timeframe recommended by their vet. 

Puppy/Dog can produce no litters.

The value of the pet for the purpose of this guarantee is solely the original price of the puppy/dog, and does not include any additional prices declared by the buyer, such as value of show dog, shipping or training fees.

That the buyer will surrender their Goldendoodle, Labradoodles, or Double doodle to the seller if the buyer is unable or unwilling for any reason to care for their puppy/dog.  Buyer agrees that they will never surrender their puppy/dog to a dog rescue or animal shelter or re-sell their puppy/dog.

This agreement shall be deemed consummated in Snohomish county and shall be governed by the laws of the state of Washington.  If for any reason litigations  should occur, the venue shall lie in Lynnwood or Everett, WA.  Breeder will not be responsible for any costs associated with this process.

Shipping of Puppy:

Pups are at 8 weeks of age and will be guaranteed up to 72 hours from shipping date.  They will have had their first set of shots and age appropriate dewormed as well as a vet health certificate to fly.  Buyer is responsible for all related shipping costs and fees. Breeder shall not be responsible for death or injury of said puppy/dog due to negligence or carelessness of the buyer, any airline, live animal carrier, its agents or employees.

Nutrition & Food: We are currently recommended Rachel Rays Nutrish Puppy for puppies through 1 year of age.

It is our sincere hope that you will enjoy your puppy for their whole lives!  We have taken steps to ensure that your new puppy has been socialized, loved on, and is nutritionally off to a great start and are confident in their transitions to their forever homes.
